I’d add more herbs etc to the bolognaise next time but we all enjoyed it. Also had to do the nachos in the oven as my air fryer wasn’t happy with them flapping about!

Good shout - can't beat extra seasoning to bring the flavours out more! and my old air fryer did that, literally went FLYING!
