The BEST pie in my humble opinion. It is so rich and creamy - absolutely delicious! I first made this pie on 2nd Feb. I doubled up so I could cook one for dinner that night and freeze one. Tonight, we have enjoyed the frozen pie. It was amazing and if not known it was frozen you'd never know. It was just as fresh, rich and creamy - absolutely perfect.

Forgot to take a picture, I was too hungry! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Made a few adaptations as I am gluten and dairy free. I replaced the Boursin and Philadelphia with vegan versions. Instead of making it a pie, I served it with some rice and tenderstem broccoli. It was delicious and went down well with everyone.
