Didn't have enough Philadelphia light so used greek yogurt instead, turned out great nonetheless! I'll definitely be having this recipe again 😋

This was really easy to make and tasted good too. I didn’t have any Parmesan so substituted for light cheddar

Hi Susan, looks banging! If you ever have extra liquid, cook it out for a bit longer to reduce the sauce

Another delicious recipe!! I was worried this might be a bit bland when looking at ingredients but it absolutely wasn’t and everyone really enjoyed! I did add some garlic seasoning (as well as the fresh garlic)teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and mixed herbs as didn’t have parsley. Then added a few chilli flakes the adults plates at end! Super quick and easy to make, perfect for those busy week nights.
