I added 30ml of single cream into my sauce but it curdled (shown in the video) as I put the sauce on too high so be careful on the heat temp! Go without the cream for a wonderful buttery sauce, or add it for a thicker and creamier (hopefully not curdled like mine) sauce 😆 PS: still tasted BANGING.

We loved this, I added splash of water to the sauce to break the stock cube down as i didnt have any juices, was still lovely and thick, perfect Sunday dinner!
