Notes

I added 30ml of single cream into my sauce but it curdled (shown in the video) as I put the sauce on too high so be careful on the heat temp!

Go without the cream for a wonderful buttery sauce, or add it for a thicker and creamier (hopefully not curdled like mine) sauce šŸ˜† PS: still tasted BANGING.

This was absolutely amazing and so easy to make! I did add the cream as I felt it gave the recipe that little extra level of gourmet- perfect Sunday tea x

Honestly this wasn’t our favourite but I think that was because I had a disaster making it - dropped the paprika all over the floor and smashed it to had to use a different type. Also couldn’t make the sauce at all as we had very little juice from the meat so I had to make gravy which possibly didn’t help! Should have read here as didn’t think about adding water (doh!)

Ah no! Sorry to hear about the paprika. That's ok, you gave it a shot with what you had around you. Definitely give it a another go x

Amazing, I wasn't keen on the cowboy sauce so had some peppercorn sauce instead.
