My steak is always a bit of a lottery. Sometimes rare sometimes medium rare and sometimes medium. I can never get it right 🤣

Mine is definitely always a lottery too! I don't always stick to the same cut of beef which means sometimes it's a thick cut and needs a lot longer and the other time it's thin and only needs a couple of mins either side!
