Hey Lara yes! Just add a splash of water to the sauce to loosen it as it tends to thicken up! x

My steak is always a bit of a lottery. Sometimes rare sometimes medium rare and sometimes medium. I can never get it right 🤣

Mine is definitely always a lottery too! I don't always stick to the same cut of beef which means sometimes it's a thick cut and needs a lot longer and the other time it's thin and only needs a couple of mins either side!

Try cooking it 3 minutes both sides this always seems to work for me to get a medium rare

Fantastic recipe , but recipe not clear for eg does not state on ingredients list pepper for the sauce , have found a couple of other recipes are the same
