Chicken & Pepperoni Calzone ๐Ÿ—

I make this recipe time and time again as itโ€™s super filling and you can stuff it with whatever fillings you like! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Butterfly the chicken breasts then cut all the way through. Season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Fry in a pan with low calorie spray for 7-8 minutes or until cooked then shred.

Step 2

In a large bowl mix together the yogurt, flour and pinch of salt until it forms a dough ball then slice it into 2 equal balls.

Step 3

Flour the surface and flour the rolling pin. Roll out, spread over half the passata, chicken, pepperoni and cheese.

Step 4

Fold over and fold the edges in so everything is enclosed, repeat for the second calzone.

Step 5

Carefully place in the air fryer and cook on 190C for 14-16 minutes or until the dough is cooked through and enjoy!
