Honey-mustard steak loaded creamy mash

A banging steak dinner for all you steak lovers but with a festive twist. Tender steak bites coated with a honey mustard glaze, on top of the creamiest mash and side of broccoli.

Turn cooking mode on

1.

Season the room temperature steak with a good pinch of salt & pepper and rub in the olive oil.

2.

Fry in a hot, dry pan for 2 1/2 minutes each side (for medium rare) then leave to rest for 4-5 minutes.

3.

Grab a small bowl and mix both mustards and honey together.

4.

Drizzle over the steak and mash once plated up and serve with the cooked broccoli.

For the creamy mash:

1.

Boil the diced potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes or until fork tender.

2.

Mash along with the milk and butter then season with salt & pepper.
