Chicken & bacon stroganoff loaded potatoes

I love beef stroganoff but I thought to make a twist on a classic. Sliced chicken, crispy bacon pieces loaded on top of crispy air fried potatoes.

Made this tonight (actually still eating it!) another hit! We used bacon medallions rather than streaky bacon and still delicious!

Hey Gemm no I never preboil then! If you cut them small enough and don't overcrowd your air fryer they cook in 15 mins! If you've got two draw air fryer I suggest separating them to spread them out. Or keep shaking them every 5 mins/cook them a little longer if your air fryer is smaller or you only have one draw ๐Ÿฅฐ

HI Lynsday sorry I've just seen this did you find where to put it in the end? I just crumble mine into the sauce so I've added it to the method ๐Ÿ™

I have just made this and the taste is off the scale! Really good. I did struggle with the sauce though. Had to add more crรจme drench to get it a bit thicker than water. Maybe I did something wrong?

So so happy you enjoyed it Sarah!! I don't think you did, I remember having a tiny bit of water spare in my mug that I measured the 70ml in, so I'll change the recipe to reflect that! ๐Ÿ™
