Season the room temperature steak with salt, pepper and peri peri seasoning before frying in a hot pan sprayed with oil for 2 1/2 minutes either side (for medium rare). Leave to rest for a few minutes before slicing.

When serving this at dinner I like to make some crispy cubed potatoes to go with it! Dice 400g potatoes into small 2cm cubes and season with salt, pepper, 1 tsp paprika and 1 tsp dried parsley. Air fry on 200C for 20 mins, shaking every 5 mins.
