Ingredients: 100 g Lean Rump Steak (room temp); Salt; Pepper; Low Calorie Spray or Olive Oil; 2 Mini Tortilla Wraps; 3 tspn Reduced-Fat Green Pesto; 2 tbsp Light Mayo; 20 g Sundried Tomatoes (drained of oil); 30 g Reduced-Fat Mozzarella; handful Rocket or Lettuce

I’ve never tried pesto and steak and OMG. No turning back now! INCREDIBLE mix of flavours especially with pieces of sundried tomato and homemade pesto mayo spread over the tacos! And made in under 10 minutes 😮‍💨
