Clear plates all round! Really easy to make with lots of flavour. Added some sliced mini sausages to the ones who aren’t calorie counting which they loved.

Made this last night with eldest daughter. When went to smash the potatoes though they fell apart a bit. Think I may of boiled them for too long. You think? Was still nice though. 👍
