Amazing I altered it slightly as I dont like honey or brioche buns and made for me and my mum and she loved it 1st time cooking from scratch ๐

We had this for family dinner. It's great how the meals can be done like this by changing person servings, going from 2-4. This means I have a spare for lunch tomorrow. Next time I'll add less garlic I think. Just to note, with the method have you realised that when making a larger portion the method doesn't adjust how many balls you need to make. I had noticed it at the start, so didnt effect us but thought I'd give you the heads up xx

Glad you liked it and great feedback Christine! I don't think there's a way to change the writing in the method based on the changes to the serving size. The methods are all handwritten by myself so it wouldn't be able to adjust xx
