Hello just wondering where you get your soba noodles from Iโ€™ve made this with beef tonight and the noodles were dark brown and didnโ€™t taste nice ๐Ÿ˜ฉ went to 5 different shops to look for them ๐Ÿซฃ xxx

Hey lovely! I think they were from the Chinese supermarket but any noodles would work for it especially fresh egg noodles which most supermarkets sell! Udon also works well!
