Happy Sunday everyone ๐ Here's some new meal ideas to add to your meal plans! Sticking to comfort recipes and plenty of fakeaways which will help save your pennies when the cost of living gets tough. Starting off with a chicken korma takeaway for the half the calories and fat AND includes the garlic naan and rice. A 10 minute quick mid-week chicken & rice dinner which is great for meal prep. Another enchilada recipe as you guys loved the last one, but this time a creamy chicken Alfredo. A sticky turkey noodle dish to shake things up, crispy chilli beef that I think tastes better than the takeaway. Lastly, bolognese loaded parmesan potatoes with cheese for a banging dinner idea. Chicken korma fakeaway
I genuinely think you'll never miss your takeaway korma again if you try this. Using ground almonds makes it taste super similar, but for half the calories and half the fat and ready in just over 10 minutes.

A super quick midweek meal idea which has so many different flavour components that go together SO well. Shredded cajun bbq chicken on top of Mexican rice and a homemade perinaise to drizzle over. Don't forget the garlic bread as carbs are LIFE.
