This was lovely! Stupidly cooked 500g of dry noodles (raw weight) for 4 portions which is why it looks like I’ve got enough for 2 on my plate 🫣 I’ve done that with rice before too but cooked weight when it should have been raw weight I went by. So it seems I have not learnt from my mistakes 🤣
