June - Week 2 Meal Plan
Welcome to your meal plan for the second week in June! (how are we in June already?!) 🤯 This week is all about meal prep. These 7 recipes are all great for meal prepping in advance, bring to work and some to heat up and others to eat cold, both taste amazing. I find they stay fresh in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days. From lasagne pasta bak to teriyaki chicken poke bowls and fakeaways like honey sriracha shredded chicken. So much flavour in every recipe and ready in less than 20 minutes, perfect for weekday meals 🔥 I hope you enjoy the recipes x
Honey sriracha chicken egg fried rice
A great fakeaway recipe if you want to change things up with a sticky sriracha glaze, coating the chicken strips and a full of flavour egg fried rice to team up with it.

A great meal prep recipe that has so much flavour and nearly 4 out of your 5 a day! Tender pieces of teriyaki chicken on a bed of sticky rice, with a drizzle of soy mayo which is INCREDIBLE!

BBQ chicken kebab salad
Sticky bbq chicken on skewers and cooked in the air fryer until charred and full of flavour. Served with whatever salad you've got lying around in your fridge! I had rocket, avocado, cucumber and tomato with fresh basil. I then served it with some crispy homemade tortilla chips made from flatbreads.
