I have to stop trying to chop the bread for french toast, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I end up with a delicious but hideous clump. Didn't have any biscuits (can't be trusted to keep them in the house) but this was good anyway!

Hey Amy! Try slicing the brioche into smaller, evenly-sized pieces and fry them away from each other in the pan to stop them from clumping together x
