Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Simply place all the chicken ingredients into the slow cooker, mix well and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
Step 2
Shred the chicken using two forks then coat in the sauce.
Step 3
Spread a teaspoon of hoisin sauce onto each mini tortilla wrap, then add the chicken, cucumber and spring onions.
Step 4
Drizzle a teaspoon of hoisin sauce over each wrap and dive right in.

So good and so much flavour. I was worried as I had to slow cook my chicken from frozen but it made it very juicy. It was slightly watery when cooked from frozen so might be worth thickening the juices towards the end. But wow 🤩

Delicious 🤤 think I’d use thighs next time but that’s a personal preference for slow cooking.
