Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Simply place all the chicken ingredients into the slow cooker, mix well and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
Step 2
Shred the chicken using two forks then coat in the sauce.
Step 3
Spread a teaspoon of hoisin sauce onto each mini tortilla wrap, then add the chicken, cucumber and spring onions.
Step 4
Drizzle a teaspoon of hoisin sauce over each wrap and dive right in.

Me and my daughter loved it!! But we cooked in air fryer and used maple syrup instead of honey! :)

Another splendid dinner Christina ๐ I absolutely love chicken cooked in the slow cooker. I used Lidl's hoisin sauce, never tried it before but will definitely buy it again. Will have to try out the blue dragon one though to compare the difference. A very easy, tasty recipe. Minimal effort so a perfect weeknight dinner for us. I used wholemeal wraps for extra fiber and rolled it up, it was so tasty!

So good and so much flavour. I was worried as I had to slow cook my chicken from frozen but it made it very juicy. It was slightly watery when cooked from frozen so might be worth thickening the juices towards the end. But wow ๐คฉ
