My partner isnโt as big a fan of peri peri as I am, so I made my own twist on this - replaced the peri marinade with taco seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic granules and added 2 tablespoons of chipotle paste and some cholula hot sauce. And then I replaced the peri marinade and seasoning in the mayo with taco seasoning, hot sauce and a squeezed lime. Would recommend!
