A great weekday meal as it was so easy being all in one pan, and quick to cook. I really enjoyed this ☺️ Boys weren’t so sure, until they added a dollop of sour cream 😅

Wow so flavourful! the honey drizzle and melted cheese 🤤 Easy prep and quick, making it a perfect midweek tea. I can’t get microwave rice but used the “ask Christina” function and switched for basmati rice - so delicious.

Took a picture in the pan as the cheese was buried once dished. Really quick and easy, tasty too. I used passata but I think next time I'll try the tinned tomatoes option instead for a lighter texture.
