Nice recipe although I couldn’t work out when to add the sugar as it’s not mentioned? We added mayflower Chinese curry sauce to ours but it probably didn’t need it!

Thanks for spotting that, Hannah. You'll want to add the sugar right after mixing in the rice and soy sauce in step 6 for a touch of sweetness. Glad you enjoyed it overall! 😊

This was lovely! But next time I will definitely air fry the chicken as I fried it and I had to re fry at the end to crisp it up more. Also we didn’t have any sauce with it would definitely add that in next time too.
