I've had this recipe twice - once with skin on chicken thighs (which I videoed) and once with skinless & boneless chicken thighs and a few extras for a lower calorie & even tastier version. I've adjusted the recipe to show the lower in cals version, but you're more than welcome to use skin-on chicken thighs or chicken breasts to bring the calories down further, whatever you fancy!

Made this last night very nice. Put to much chili power in little hot. Another win for my son aswell ๐ nearly forgot to take a picture as my phone was on charge ๐ซฃ
