Notes

I've had this recipe twice - once with skin on chicken thighs (which I videoed) and once with skinless & boneless chicken thighs and a few extras for a lower calorie & even tastier version. I've adjusted the recipe to show the lower in cals version, but you're more than welcome to use skin-on chicken thighs or chicken breasts to bring the calories down further, whatever you fancy!
