One pan chicken & chorizo meal-prep bowls

After being invited to the launch of Emily English's new cookbook 'So good - Express', I came across a recipe from the book that I wanted to adapt and share with you all! Crispy chorizo, paprika-spiced chicken tenders and butterbeans together with basil make banging meal-prep bowls...also filled me up for HOURS.

Hi there’s a couple of ingredients listed in the method that aren’t on the list. The cherry tomatoes, tomatoes, minced garlic and spinach. Can you post the measurements needed of these. Thanks!

Hey Lynne! They kept for in an airtight container in the fridge for me for 4 days! Id usually say 3-4, but make sure they are cooled down before storing 😊
