Step 1

Mix together the passata, tomato purรฉe, 1 1/2 tsp oregano, sweetener then salt and pepper and leave it to one side.

Step 2

Mix the flour and Greek yogurt to make a dough then divide into two.

Step 3

Roll out each dough ball on a floured surface, flouring the rolling pin too.

Step 4

Slice the cheese string and place spread out around the edges of the dough.

Step 5

Roll the outside of the dough over the cheese string to make a crust and make sure itโ€™s pressed down to enclose the cheese.

Step 6

Place in the air fryer then spread over your homemade marinara sauce, the toppings then a pinch of oregano.

Step 7

Air fry on 180C for 12-15 minutes and enjoy!

If you want to make it bigger add a little more flour and greek yogurt, or don't make it a stuffed crust and you can make it huge!

It filled me up for the night considering it looked really small! Thank you for the tip though! Will try this when Iโ€™m extra hungry!

Hey Amy! ๐Ÿ˜Š I'm glad you enjoyed the taste and I know what you mean, they come out really small but they are so filling from the Greek yogurt, flour and stuffed crust!

It really is especially because itโ€™s stuffed crust! If itโ€™s not stuffed itโ€™s still fiddly as the dough can get sticky and break apart so easily. BUT worth it as it tastes amazing!!
