Ingredients: 250 g Chicken breast; 1 tspn Cayenne pepper; 1 tspn Paprika; 1 tspn Garlic granules; Salt & pepper; 1 Egg; 30 g Panko breadcrumbs; 2 Flatbreads; 80 g Shop-bought skin on fries; 40 g Low fat cheese (I used Eat Lean); Salad; 15 g Light butter; 1 Garlic clove, minced; 1 tspn Fresh parsley, finely diced

Crispy panko coated chicken tenders coated In garlic butter, served on top of a toasted flatbread along with cheesy chips and salad. This high protein dinner packs a whopping 52g protein per serving!
