Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Spray a pan with oil and fry the onions and peppers for a few minutes to soften.
Step 2
Stir in the pesto and fry for a further minute to release the flavours.
Step 3
Pour in the chopped tomatoes (or passata) and chicken stock, then season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes (sprinkle in the Aromat if using).
Step 4
Cook on high until it starts to bubble, then scatter in the uncooked pasta mixing well.
Step 5
Simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and sauce has thickened (add a dash more water if needed - I like cooking mine al dente as it cooks further in the oven!).
Step 6
Gently stir in the tuna then transfer to an oven dish, finally top with all 3 cheeses.
Step 7
Oven cook on 200C for 15 minutes or until the cheese has a lovely brown colour and the sauce is bubbling.
Step 8
Serve with fresh parsley and a piece of garlic bread.
