Festive chicken smash tacos

Another quick festive recipe made in just 15 minutes. Chicken mince smashed into tacos and fried until gorgeously crispy, then topped with pigs in blankets, stuffing, cranberry and gravy.

Start by cooking the pigs in blankets as per packet instructions (I cook mine in the air fryer on 190C for 10-12 minutes along with the stuffing balls, turning half way).

Not the best picture sorry! It was actually delicious. I used red onion stuffing I had which went lovely with the pigs in blankets. That's my husband's portion. Gave him more pigs to make him happier
