This has everything... it was so flavoursome and satisfying to eat what with the different textures ๐ I added mushrooms and also some grated cheese on top of the potatoes before assembling the rest - it was epic! It felt very indulgent and admittedly it's a big portion yet it was within my personal calorie allowance/goal.
