Step 1
Mix 1 tsp hoisin with 2 tbsp mayo, a pinch of chinese five spice and enough cold water to loosen and set aside in the fridge. Season the chips with salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice. Spray with oil then air fry on 190C for 15 mins, giving them a shake every 5 mins.
