Was delicious, I only had grated mozzarella so I made it like a pizza with a green pesto base. Finished with balsamic vinegar that was a gift from Italy as well. Loved it.

Really enjoyed as an easy tasty lunch. I make the flat bread with Greek yoghurt and flour rather than buy it.
