Chicken gyros

There’s no way I could keep my favourite Greek recipe to myself! It’s sunshine on a plate, bags a whopping 48g protein and perfect for these warmer days. It's loaded with juicy, seasoned chicken thighs, crispy fries, homemade tzatziki and Greek salad.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Marinade the chicken thighs in all the ingredients shown in the list for 30 minutes if possible.

Step 2

Spray with oil and air fry on 190C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, then rest before slicing. Add the fries 6 minutes in.

Step 3

Grab a small bowl and mix the salad ingredients together, and do the same with the Tzatziki. Season to taste.

Step 4

Lightly toast the flatbreads then spread over the tzatziki.

Step 5

Load up any way you wish, squeeze lemon juice over the chicken, then dive right in.
