This tastes SO NICE and like it took a lot longer and involved a lot more ingredients. Chucked it on some salad but saw someone cooked spinach in, can see that being delicious.

Brilliant dish - can't wait to have it for lunch tomorrow. Substituted the cream for soft cheese as per the suggestion from Ask Christina. Also added spinach at the end as we had extra that needed to be used.
