Absolutely Victoria! After cooking, let it cool completely and store portions in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Just add a splash off water when you reheat then stir it really well before serving! ๐

This was totally delicious! Nice and easy to make. I followed the recipe as listed and it was a bit too spicy for my kids but that meant Leftovers for lunch though so I wasnโt complaining ๐คฃ Didnโt get a pic as it wasnโt on plate long enough ๐คค
