I love using the M&S High protein bagels to up the protein which makes me full until dinner! But any carb works well with this, think wraps, pitta or sliced bread! Remember to toast it for more texture. PREP AHEAD: The chicken tikka filler stores well in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge.
