Looks unreal Maxine! Did the steak go cold first im guessing? Do the mash first as you can always heat it up in the pan, make the steak then as soon as the steak is resting start heating up the mash 🥰

Good idea, dunno why I didn’t think of being able to heat the mash up. Also used Philadelphia lightest soft cheese instead of cream so the sauce had a nice thickness to it. Will definitely be making this again!
