Want to make your own giant Yorkshire puddings? Here's the recipe: ๐ In a mixing bowl whisk 2 eggs, 60g plain flour and a good pinch of salt together until it makes a thick batter. ๐ Gradually whisk in 140ml milk until all the lumps have gone. ๐ Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight is the best. ๐ Spray two 20.5D x 20.5W x 4H cm (or thereabouts) with veg oil and place in a 200C oven for 10 minutes to heat up. ๐ Pour the batter evenly into each and cook for 15-20 minutes.
