Notes

Want to make your own giant Yorkshire puddings? Here's the recipe: ๐Ÿ’• In a mixing bowl whisk 2 eggs, 60g plain flour and a good pinch of salt together until it makes a thick batter. ๐Ÿ’• Gradually whisk in 140ml milk until all the lumps have gone. ๐Ÿ’• Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight is the best. ๐Ÿ’• Spray two 20.5D x 20.5W x 4H cm (or thereabouts) with veg oil and place in a 200C oven for 10 minutes to heat up. ๐Ÿ’• Pour the batter evenly into each and cook for 15-20 minutes.
