⭐ MEAL PREP INSTRUCTIONS ⭐
Place in an airtight container in the fridge and store for up to 3-4 days.
Microwave for 3 minutes or until cooked through then mix well (the wedges won't be crispy but still taste unreal)
Serve with a drizzle of hot honey
PS: Remember to double the ingredients to meal prep for 4 days!

This is one of my faves, had it twice now 😍 I used passata instead of chopped tomatoes, the sauce was a little bit watery so would maybe hold off the boiling water next time I make it if I use Passata.

The wedges cooked lovely, cooked in the oven for 15 mins and finished off in air fryer. The toppings went really nice together as well.
