Another one to add to the weekend/lazy morning rotation! I'm yet to succeed with the air fryer making running eggs and frankly this morning was not going to be the day to try (plus we only had four eggs left!). However the baking parchment tip gives me hope to try! We had the same components, just cooked separately and brought together as the best breakfast to fuel up for the day. Delicious flavours 🤤

Another great receipe! My own struggle is getting the white of the eggs to cook better, as I find they are still too gooey so I cook for a little longer! Also has to use higher calorie bagels as our supermarket doesn’t do the light ones!

Mine doesn't look as pretty as yours 🤣 i have to use gluten free bagels and the holes weren't big enough for the eggs but it still tasted gorgeous 😋 thank you

Mine don't usually fit either so I usually push open the holes a tiny bit to make them bigger and make the egg fit! Try it next time and let me know how you get on 🥳

First recipe I’ve made since joining. 10/10 it was lovely. I’ve tracked using nutracheck and the calories are way off…. Is a serving supposed to be half a bagel per person? Or is it the full bagel?

Hey Jemma hope you're well and welcome to the Club!! Check again for me - the bagel was set to 1/4 of a bagel instead of 1 (my fault - apologies!) so should be a lot more accurate now. I've also noticed you used full fat pesto, I used reduced-fat and used Aldi's 50% lighter mature cheddar. Hope that helps! Any more questions let me know x

Thanks for replying! I used reduced fat pesto from Tesco and 50% lighter cheddar from Aldi. It just hasn’t shown the full details on the app. It’s a lot closer in cals now I expect it to be slightly off depending on ingredients used! Thanks for checking for me - thought I’d done done something wrong xx Excited to try some other meals this week 😍
