Another great receipe! My own struggle is getting the white of the eggs to cook better, as I find they are still too gooey so I cook for a little longer! Also has to use higher calorie bagels as our supermarket doesn’t do the light ones!

Mine doesn't look as pretty as yours 🤣 i have to use gluten free bagels and the holes weren't big enough for the eggs but it still tasted gorgeous 😋 thank you

Mine don't usually fit either so I usually push open the holes a tiny bit to make them bigger and make the egg fit! Try it next time and let me know how you get on 🥳

First recipe I’ve made since joining. 10/10 it was lovely. I’ve tracked using nutracheck and the calories are way off…. Is a serving supposed to be half a bagel per person? Or is it the full bagel?

Hey Jemma hope you're well and welcome to the Club!! Check again for me - the bagel was set to 1/4 of a bagel instead of 1 (my fault - apologies!) so should be a lot more accurate now. I've also noticed you used full fat pesto, I used reduced-fat and used Aldi's 50% lighter mature cheddar. Hope that helps! Any more questions let me know x

Thanks for replying! I used reduced fat pesto from Tesco and 50% lighter cheddar from Aldi. It just hasn’t shown the full details on the app. It’s a lot closer in cals now I expect it to be slightly off depending on ingredients used! Thanks for checking for me - thought I’d done done something wrong xx Excited to try some other meals this week 😍
