Great way to eat curry 😊 in fluffy cheesy bread! Added some sweet potato fries for a midweek treat.

Tasted amazing, but wasn’t like a balti style it was very runny… did double up the recipe for 4 so maybe shouldn’t have used 400g of toms and kept it at 200g???

Hey Emma! Totally understand, doubling can sometimes do that. Try reducing the tomatoes a tad or give the sauce extra time to simmer and thicken. So happy you still enjoyed it! 😊 Please let me know how it turns out next time! 🌟
