Happy Thursday everyone 💕 I'm back with a banging meal plan for you to get stuck into! 7 easy recipes, all under 600 cals and most take less than 20 minutes. 5 dinner recipes including a smokey bbq burger, a spin on a classic satay pad Thai, folded chicken flatbreads when your short on time and a chinese fakeaway to save your pennies (and your waistline). Then a few dessert recipes to keep your sweet-tooth at bay including an easter recipe I eat every year on repeat, my mini eggs pancake bowl.
