Made this tonight - had to substitute parmesan for cheddar, and used cream cheese rather than creme fraiche. It was tasty and we enjoyed it but would try again next time following the exact recipe as the flavour was good but not as punchy as it probably would be with parmesan.

Hey Tia! Cheddar and cream cheese can totally switch things up taste-wise, but I'm glad you enjoyed it! Parmesan gives that punch for an extra flavor kick!
