Was nice, but something in it overpowered the rest and tasted too strong. I made it for 4. Couldnโ€™t work out if it was the 5 spice or the rice vinegar. Will have a play around with the recipe next time :)

Hey Gemma yes they can but they might become mushy - so if you were to make this to freeze, cook the noodles for a few minutes less time so they won't be mushy when you reheat them from frozen ๐Ÿซถ
