Turn cooking mode on
For the mash:
1.
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork tender, then mash with the butter and milk. Season with salt & pepper, then mix in the garlic & herb Philadelphia.
For the steak:
1.
Season the steaks with garlic granules, paprika, parsley, salt & pepper.
2.
Rub the olive oil over and fry in a hot pan for 2 1/2 minutes each side (for medium-rare). Let them rest for 4 minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
3.
In the steak pan, pour in any remaining juices from the steak along with the single cream, crumbled beef stock cube and 80ml water.
4.
Cook on a medium heat until the sauce thickens and serve with the mash, cooked broccoli and sauce.

This is dynamite! A proper steak dinner with a beautiful sauce in no time at all, I may or may not have made this two days in a row because it was such a winner!
