My partner is a huge fan of “bowl” type recipes with rice or potatoes (eg. The cheeseburger bowl) and she said there was one that she particularly liked from popeyes that was salt and pepper chicken, so I’ve tried a variation of this to make “salt and pepper chicken and chips bowls”.
