Swapped chicken for gammon. Used the Ask Christina feature to check quantities with this swap and it was super easy and simple. As my gammon was smoked, didn't include the salt or aromat seasoning. Same amount of meat used. Did come under the protein of the chicken variation (as expected) but still over 30g of protein for a salad is brilliant. Delicious dish, really filling. Looking forward to seeing how it compares as leftovers tomorrow.

Hey Kirsty! If you leave the optional drizzle of sriracha at the end, the homemade bang bang sauce isn't spicy at all!

First time trying this recipe and really enjoyed. Next time Iโ€™ll use less red onion as it can be slightly over powering - but thatโ€™s personal preference. Really liked the salad dressing makes a change for me from having boring vinaigrette! I followed the recipe to serve two and itโ€™s easily made three large portions!
