Very tomatoey and I enjoy that - recipe says garlic granules but ingredients says minced garlic, I was lazy and went granules but I think I should have stuck with the fresh garlic. Mine has ratty end of the week mushrooms and spinach cooked in as well, to explain the slightly less appealing texture.

Hey Amy! Sounds delicious improvising with mushrooms and spinach! Sticking with minced garlic next time might up the flavour even more and ill get it changed to fresh garlic on the ingredients list ๐

This was lovely and so quick and easy to make after work. Only rated a 4 because the meatballs were a little bit dry but I find this with all 5% mince meatballs ๐ซฃ

Thanks so much for giving the recipe a try, Amy! ๐ One tip next time is to try adding an egg and panko breadcrumbs to the mince which I sometimes do for a binder and to keep it moist! Hope your next batch ends up even tastier! ๐ฅฐ
