Dump & Bake spaghetti and meatballs

Can't beat an easy dump & bake recipe when you don't want the faff! The meatballs are browned for extra flavour and seasoned with Italian herbs, the spaghetti soaks up all the rich marinara sauce and everything is finished with plenty of melty, stringy mozzarella.

Notes

I may have bent the rules a little with this one as I wanted to brown the meatballs in the pan first for that extra depth of flavour... but Iโ€™m still calling it a dump-and-bake recipe!

Also I only had 250g of beef mince on hand, so this recipe makes 2 servings instead of the usual 4 in my Dump & Bake recipes, so just double the ingredients if youโ€™d like to make a bigger serving!

10/10 simple and loved by the kids. I do buy pre-made meatballs for midweek. Bay leaves work well too, I misread the first time and used these and it tasted so good!

Used premade meatballs to speed up the midweek meal and grated courgette and carrot (both leftovers) into the mix. Really tasty and filling. Looking forward to my leftovers.
