I may have bent the rules a little with this one as I wanted to brown the meatballs in the pan first for that extra depth of flavour... but I’m still calling it a dump-and-bake recipe!
Also I only had 250g of beef mince on hand, so this recipe makes 2 servings instead of the usual 4 in my Dump & Bake recipes, so just double the ingredients if you’d like to make a bigger serving!
