This absolutely amazballs it didn't last long on my plate ๐คฃ unfortunately I had no tomato puree so used tomato ketchup ๐ซฃ plus another portion for tea next day ๐

I really enjoyed this. Doubled up the recipe for 4 of us, but held back on the seasoning - used 7 tsp rather than 10, and that was plenty spicy enough for my daughter. Kids were unsure of fajitas in pie form, but plates were clean at the end ๐
