What an absolutely stunning dinner ๐ epic! Christina, I love that your recipes are so easy to make and are fricking delicious! Another perfect midweek meal, easy to make with very little effort, ideal for after work and such a delight to eat. I used pork chipolatas and mozzarella ๐ and served it with roasted baby potatoes and veg.
