Can't quite work out if I like the gnocchi or not, but the overall taste was really good and I'd definitely have the rest again. Might do it with some cubed up sweet potato instead?

Hey Amy! Sweet potato sounds delish and a great swap for anyone not sure about gnocchi! Just toss them with some oil and seasoning, then roast until golden. Let me know how it comes out!

Not sure Iโm keen on the crispy gnocchi but would definitely do the chicken again but maybe with rice

Hey Emma! Totally get it - crispy gnocchi isnโt for everyone. Using rice with the chicken instead sounds delish!
